BACKYARD GAMES

This program will focus on all the fun backyard games have to offer. Some examples include kickball, capture the flag, and different forms of dodgeball. This is a way for our members to connect with their peers while playing backyard games that they love. This is meant to be an extension of Physical Education class outside of school. This will encourage team building while having a lot of fun.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

This program is for the athlete that wants to get faster, be more explosive, get stronger, and more coordinated in whatever sport or athletic discipline they do. We can coach athletes to give them the edge and knowledge to grow physically and mentally. We can correct motor movements to breaking down what muscle fibers to target, based on each individual athlete. If you are looking to enhance your skill set and be a better athlete this is the program for you.
